Agency

Our Mission

The Missing Link was founded to build long lasting partnerships that help brands we care about grow.  Current agency models are broken.  Dubbed The Fireproof Agency, we aim to fix that. It is through our team, tools and data that we are able to drive strong, long lasting results.  We do this without all the headaches and craziness of a typical agency that negatively affect clients.

Our Focus

We focus on helping small to medium sized businesses, as well as startups grow.  With every strategy we create we always take an analytical, audience first approach to drive results for our clients. Whether it be strict ROI, awareness or new product launches we have the team and experience that delivers results.  Take a look at our case studies to see how we help our partners grow.

What We Do

In addition to our several eCommerce solutions our services include Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Paid Search (PPC), Paid Social Media and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).  We offer Real Time Reporting with all of our services so our clients can closely monitor performance.

Leadership

Scott is a true marketer with a relentless focus on ROI.  He has extensive experience helping some of the worlds largest brands grow through the digital marketing strategies he developed.  These brands include Wayfair, Marriott, Ruelala, JP, Morgan Chase and several Procter and Gamble brands, Gillette, Swiffer and Braun just to name a few.  With all the success he has had with these leading brands Scott decided it was time to answer the call of his entrepreneurial spirit and start his own agency, The Missing Link.

Although Scott enjoys working with such large companies he feels the greatest reward helping small and medium businesses as well as startups grow.  When founding The Missing Link Scott was quoted saying “The only thing better than creating something and growing it is helping others do the same”.
